Crafted Highlights: 
This role reports to the Director, Finance Marketing and partners closely with Marketing and Finance teams to support business performance and decision-making.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Provide financial support to the Above Premium Beer and Field Marketing teams through profitability analysis, forecasting, and commercial KPI tracking (share, velocity, distribution, etc.).
  • Manage marketing expense, promotional packaging, and G&A budgets by identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop financial feasibility analyses for promotional packaging initiatives and partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Planning teams to manage spend and reduce obsolescence.
  • Present monthly financial performance updates to Brand Leadership and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze business processes, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Use financial analysis and insights to influence business decisions and drive results.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and communicate key issues and recommendations to leadership.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, HANA, Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments and incorporating competitor and market insights into analysis.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
