Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.</span><br> </p><p><span style="">The Plant Senior Finance Analyst position exists to provide financial expertise and support for the Plant Strategic Leadership Team, Plant Controller and Corporate Supply Chain Finance while helping to ensure adequate governance and controls at the plant level. The Sr. Finance Analyst will play a critical role in activities including standardizing processes and SAP modules to support plant operations, finance activities and transactional workflows working collaboratively with plant-based partners, Global IT, Shared Service Center, Supply Chain and Division Finance teams.</span></p>

<h1><span style=""><strong>What you'll do</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Financial Close and Reporting:</strong> Lead and execute all phases of <strong>monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes</strong>, including preparing journal entries, accruals, detailed P&L variance analysis, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Forecasting and Budgeting:</strong> Drive the plant's financial planning by actively participating in <strong>Budget, LE (Latest Estimate), and MRE (Mid-Range Estimate) forecasts</strong> for P&L and Balance Sheet.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Cost Management and Savings (FTG):</strong> Lead the plant's <strong>FTG (savings) program</strong>, providing financial evaluation for major cost reduction opportunities and analyzing production results to control material losses and drive continuous improvement.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Asset and Inventory Accounting:</strong> Oversee all aspects of <strong>Inventory and Fixed Asset accounting</strong>, reporting, and control, including managing cycle count processes, capitalization, and retirement activities.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Governance and Controls:</strong> Implement and maintain robust <strong>SOX and internal control environments</strong>, ensure policy compliance, support plant audits, and manage related technical knowledge transfer.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style=""><strong>Process Improvement and Integration:</strong> Support the Plant Controller in standardizing and implementing <strong>Continuous Improvement (CI)</strong> projects and leading financial workstreams for the <strong>integration of acquired sites</strong>.</span></li>

<h1><span style=""><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or related finance fields</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">5+ years experience in Accounting / Finance / Budgets and Planning</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Advanced SAP / Google Sheets / Excel / Google Workspace</span></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style=""><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style=""><span style="">English proficiency. Additional languages preferred.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Operational understanding of manufacturing / supply chain </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">History of plant based roles or short term assignments</span></li>

<p><br><span style=""><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><br>Salary Range $94,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD<br><br>Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
