Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting activities related to SG&A expenses across South America. Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead the Budget, Forecast, and Long-Range Strategic Planning processes for SG&A expenses across South America.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner closely with functional leaders, serving as the primary Finance business partner for SG&A planning and performance management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Consolidate and analyze SG&A expenses across multiple functions and countries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct actual-versus-budget and forecast analyses, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop financial models, planning assumptions, and executive presentations to support decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner with Human Resources to manage headcount planning, payroll forecasting, labor cost analyses, and inflation assumptions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor travel, IT, professional services, contracts, and other administrative expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support corporate and global FP&A reporting requirements, including management reports, financial reviews, and executive-level presentations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage and analyze corporate and global cost allocations, ensuring compliance with established methodologies and internal policies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assess foreign exchange and inflation impacts across South America and incorporate macroeconomic trends into forecasts and planning activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and business performance.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or Corporate Finance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis processes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience supporting multiple business functions and working with senior stakeholders is highly preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, accounting principles, and business performance management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">English proficiency required; Spanish is considered a plus.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Advanced Excel skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with SAP (preferred).</li> </ul> Additional Information <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Location: São José dos Campos, SP</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). </li> </ul><div> <div> When submitting your application to Ball, we encourage you to emphasize your skills, experience, and qualifications that align with the role.
