<p><span style=""><strong>Primary Purpose of this Position:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="">The Senior Functional Analyst serves as the subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. The role partners with Total Rewards, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. This includes optimizing configuration, supporting integrations, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving continuous improvement of the compensation (or Total Rewards) technology landscape, including Base Pay, Short and Long Term Incentive, and Benefits.</span></p>
<p><br><span style=""><strong>Essential Responsible Areas:</strong></span></p>
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li style=""><span style="">Lead the elicitation and analysis of future-state system requirements using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, process mapping, use cases, and workflow analysis.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., TR, HR, IT) to define functional and non-functional requirements.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Communicate requirements clearly and produce artifacts such as BRDs, process flow diagrams, configuration workbooks, interface specifications, test cases, and UAT plans.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Identify innovative and scalable solutions that challenge existing assumptions and support business strategic objectives.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Ensures that systems and application designs adhere to the Ball IT Governance standards.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Collaborates with other divisions IT leads as well as other stakeholders to align solution in support of the business’ tactical and strategic plans. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Monitor emerging technologies, SuccessFactors releases, compliance needs, and industry best practices; recommend improvements accordingly.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Maintain deep knowledge of current and upcoming application functionality, particularly cloud offerings, to meet evolving business needs.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Lead and support testing activities, including defining UAT scope and validating new or updated system configurations.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Partner with strategic solution providers on both small and large-scale programs supporting the HR technology roadmap.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation components, including requisition and offer templates, application templates, workflows, business rules, picklists, tasks, and panels to enable efficient recruiting and onboarding processes.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Support integrations with Employee Central and benefits providers.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Mentors other analysts on the team by providing guidance and hands-on solving of complex problems.</span></li>

<p><span style=""><strong>Professional & Education Qualification:</strong></span></p>
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li style=""><span style="">BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions in large or complex environments.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Experience delivering software and technology solutions and leading cross-functional efforts.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Experience with triaging and escalating using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Strong understanding of Compensation business processes.</span></li>

<li style=""><span style="">Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation preferred) or similar HRIS platforms.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Working knowledge of compensation business processes.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Understanding of software quality, testing methodologies, and release management.</span></li>
