Sr HRIS Analyst

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and enhancing HR technology systems to support efficient HR operations, data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role serves as the primary HRIS expert, leading system improvements, managing UKG functionality, and developing dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable workforce insights. By ensuring data accuracy, supporting compliance and audit requirements, coordinating HR technology initiatives, and partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams, the Sr. HRIS Analyst drives process efficiency, strengthens governance, and enables a data-driven HR function.
