The Royal Caribbean Group’s Analytics Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Sr. Lead, Data Engineering reporting to the Director, Data Solutions Engineering The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida. Position Summary: The Lead, Data Engineer is responsible for leading the data engineering functions by delivering enterprise curated data solutions that enables our enterprise-wide Data and AI platform to drive business. S/He will lead the Data Engineering on the ERP modernization project for the next 16 months and any subsequent initiative to deliver an exhaustive set of data products for Finance and Accounting subject areas. S/He will collaborate with 3rd party vendors, business partners and IT stakeholders to ensure the new data products will enable enterprise Finance and Accounting Analytics, reporting and AI capabilities. S/He will oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of the RCG data products for Finance and Accounting. S/he will be responsible for growing and mentoring team members and align with strategic direction for the data engineering goals. This role will require some international travel for meetings.
