* Develop and execute a comprehensive mar-tech data strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on data acquisition, integration, quality, and governance.
* Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing data pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across various mar-tech platforms (e.g., DMP, CDP, PABA).
* Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to identify data requirements, define data models, and build robust data solutions to support marketing campaigns and personalization initiatives.
* Oversee the management and enhancement of Lilly's marketing data assets, including customer profiles, behavioral data, and campaign performance data.
* Establish and enforce data quality standards, implement data validation processes, and regularly monitor data integrity to ensure reliability and accuracy.
* Drive the adoption and utilization of advanced analytics and reporting tools to extract actionable insights from marketing data, informing strategic decisions and demonstrating ROI.
* Stay abreast of emerging mar-tech trends, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, local regulations), and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of our data ecosystem.
* Act as a subject matter expert on mar-tech data, providing guidance and training to marketing teams on data best practices and tool utilization.
* Evaluate and recommend new mar-tech platforms and data solutions to enhance our capabilities and competitive advantage.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex marketing data architectures and pipelines.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting automation.
* Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL) and best practices for data governance and security.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different functions and regions.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
