You will drive the development of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and scale business impact. You Will</div> <div> <ul> <li>Lead Merchandising & Supplier Management Operations <ul> <li>Lead merchandising and supplier management operational processes that support product, inventory management, eCommerce, marketing, sales, and customer experience while aligning activities to assortment strategy.</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Supplier Performance Management, Pricing, Compliance, Product Information, Taxonomy, and Inventory Management teams to optimize product setup, maintenance, and operational processes.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Drive Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights <ul> <li>Develop and deploy analytics solutions, reporting tools, and applications that support cross-functional initiatives, operational insights, and strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Measure business performance, identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve results.</li> <li>Enable self-service analytics across the business through training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and user support.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advance Data Strategy & Continuous Improvement <ul> <li>Oversee the migration, governance, and ongoing maintenance of key datasets and analytics tools within the Grainger Data Architecture (GDA), ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment to business priorities.</li> <li>Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to advance data architecture, improve processes, and enhance data literacy across the organization.</li> <li>Lead enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives using analytics, Lean methodologies, and operational excellence practices to deliver measurable business value.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Lead People, Capability & Business Enablement <ul> <li>Translate customer and business needs into operational processes, system requirements, and sustainable solutions that improve business performance.</li> <li>Develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, training, and capability-building to achieve team objectives and support individual growth.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> <div> You Have</div> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent. required</li> <li>7+ years Minimum 3 years leading and developing large, matrixed teams in complex, data-driven environments required. required</li> <li>Experience in continuous improvement, project management, operations, or technology required.</li> <li>Experience using Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, and Smartsheets.</li> <li>Expertise in data governance, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data architecture.</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in leading analytics programs that influence business outcomes.</li> </ul> </div> Rewards and Benefits Our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet your individual needs.
