The role holder will work closely with reporting, data, technology and change teams to improve data sourcing, data models, data quality controls, reconciliations, automation and dashboard-based reporting.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The successful candidate should bring strong data wrangling, data management and automation experience, preferably within a credit risk, financial services or regulatory reporting environment. The role requires someone who can understand reporting requirements, interrogate data issues, design sustainable solutions and reduce reliance on manual processes.</span><br><span through better data architecture, automation, dashboarding and data quality controls.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Help build a more sustainable reporting landscape for Financial Sponsors and Private Credit reporting.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Identify opportunities to simplify data flows, reduce manual intervention and improve reporting repeatability.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Support stronger linkage between source data, reporting outputs, analytics and risk appetite metrics.</span><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Business</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Work with reporting teams to understand data requirements for Financial Sponsors, Private Credit and broader CIB Credit Risk opportunities.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Support senior management and committee reporting by improving the reliability, traceability and timeliness of underlying data.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Help investigate and resolve data issues impacting portfolio reporting, commentary, reconciliations and management packs..</span><br><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Processes</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Build, maintain and enhance data pipelines, data transformations and automated reporting processes.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Use Python, SQL, Excel, dashboard tools and other data analytics techniques to improve reporting efficiency and control.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Support data model reviews, data lineage documentation, source-to-report mapping and reconciliation design.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Drive automation of recurring reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, transformation, exception reporting and output generation.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Support UAT, implementation testing, data validation and processes and escalation triggers.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Ensure data outputs used in risk reporting are complete, accurate, timely and explainable.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Work with stakeholders to resolve root causes of recurring data issues rather than relying on manual sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•    Maintain documentation for data flows, controls, reconciliations, assumptions, transformations and issue resolution.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial,
