<div class="ewa-rteLine">Schedule: Full Time</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Job Type: Hybrid</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Salary Type: Salary</div> <div class="ewa-rteLine">Req #: 3017</div> About the Role Uber Freight is looking for a Pricing Analyst to drive financial and operational growth within our Consolidation Solutions business, focusing on Partial Truckload (PTL), Shared Truckload, and LTL-to-TL conversions. In this role, you will analyze shipment profiles, engineer customer-specific pricing models, and identify network consolidation opportunities that deliver maximum shipper savings and optimal profitability. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Account Management teams to model transportation network scenarios and support seamless customer onboarding across our managed transportation and 4PL solutions. What the Candidate Will Do Pricing & Financial Analysis <ul> <li>Pricing Models: Develop and maintain pricing models for PTL, Shared Truckload, and LTL-to-TL conversions.</li> <li>Data Analysis: Evaluate shipment profile data (weight, cube, linear feet, density) and routing patterns to build custom customer rate structures.</li> <li>Financial Impact: Calculate expected savings, margin, and profitability for consolidation opportunities; support recurring customer pricing reviews.</li> </ul> Network Optimization <ul> <li>Consolidation Strategy: Identify opportunities to merge multiple LTL shipments into PTL or FTL solutions.</li> <li>Network Engineering: Analyze network routing, pooling strategies, carrier capacity, and lane economics to guide pricing.</li> <li>System Rules: Help develop business rules for routing guides and optimization engines.</li> </ul> Customer & Commercial Support <ul> <li>RFP & Sales Partnership: Partner with Sales on RFPs to deliver pricing proposals, business cases, and savings analyses.</li> <li>Implementation & Delivery: Validate pricing and benchmarking during customer onboarding and present findings to key stakeholders.</li> </ul> Reporting & Analytics <ul> <li>Performance Dashboards: Build and monitor dashboards tracking core metrics (cost per shipment, consolidation rate, savings realization, revenue/NETR, and margins).</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Identify performance trends to recommend continuous optimization opportunities.</li> </ul> Basic Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.  </li> <li>3+ years of transportation pricing, logistics analytics, supply chain engineering, or freight brokerage experience.  </li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.  </li> <li>Experience analyzing transportation costs, carrier pricing, and freight procurement strategies.  </li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.  </li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.  </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience with LTL, Truckload, Partial Truckload, Pool Distribution, or Consolidation Networks.  </li> <li>Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and business intelligence tools.  </li> <li>Knowledge of transportation pricing methodologies, benchmarking, and procurement.  </li> <li>SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platform experience.  </li> <li>Experience in managed transportation, 4PL, or freight optimization environments.  </li> </ul> Benefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees Employees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.  US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.
