Crie um novo futuro. Candidate-se hoje. Overview Responsible to provide technical and analytical support to the Energy Procurement team for all procurement activities associated with Energy Sourcing. In this role, you will be pivotal to the successful operations of the energy. Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in managing the tendering process for power, gas and water contracts;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Receive, check, analyze, summarize and store energy supply offers from suppliers in an ordinate way, chasing for clarifications and integration when needed, ensuring deadlines are met;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in the preparation and presentation of market updates for the Sector and Global committees;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Working with Sustainability to report emissions reporting and compliance (CDP, Dow Jones and Annual Report);</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist Procurement Manager in working with legal to ensure contracts are robust and commercial terms are within Ball requirements;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Gather and analyze data to provide insight on Ball’s commodity and non-commodity spend as a whole identifying potential opportunities and impact;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain Excel energy data trackers and ensure all information is constantly updated;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate with utilities, local distribution companies, and public utility commissions to gather timely, accurate, and complete energy market intelligence;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage reforecast / budget preparation and submission;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with the plant finance to understand variances;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track all plants energy usage forecasts, ensure they are up-to-date and track contract renewals and ensure all contracts are countersigned and uploaded into the contracts database;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and maintain, at a minimum, reports on spend, savings, renewable energy cover, and hedge positions;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist with analyzing new possibilities and innovative ways of lowering Ball’s energy spend. </li> </ul> Requirements <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor´s degree level in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business Administration;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">An excellent communicator, with the ability to work cross functional & within teams;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent time management and project management ability;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Capacity to manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong technical skill in MS Office, with a high proficiency in Excel and data manipulation;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">SAP Key User;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in English;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of Brazilian Energy Market desired;</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Financial evaluation models (Preferred).</li> </ul> Additional Information <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Location: São José dos Campos/SP</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li> </ul> Ao enviar sua candidatura à Ball, incentivamos você a enfatizar suas habilidades, experiência e qualificações que se alinham com a função.
