Expected salary range of $114,300 to $127,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Senior Product Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the Generation Digital Program by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital products that support nuclear generation operations. This position applies deep business process knowledge, product analysis expertise, and data-driven decision-making to translate strategic objectives into scalable digital capabilities. The role leads requirements analysis, product enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, and solution delivery efforts while ensuring alignment with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term digital transformation objectives. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Senior Product Analyst influences product direction, drives business value realization, and supports the continuous modernization of the nuclear technology landscape.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work with other product team members to determine how to achieve team goals through a clear understanding of business needs and expected outcomes
  • Deliver application and/or infrastructure solutions to meet expected business outcomes by 1) assisting in planning work activities, 2) analyzing requirements, designing and building Software solutions, and 3) enhancing, maintaining or supporting existing products and processes to meet team goals and metrics
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business partners and other stakeholders; manage scope and expectations with stakeholders
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements associated with the platform to support effortless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain technical capabilities within supporting discipline or function (including best practices)
  • Review estimates of specific solutions to ensure time, cost and design meets the needs of the business.
  • Participates in strategic product planning meetings for insight on risk, cost vs. benefit, impact
  • Apply knowledge of business processes, systems, and industry trends to identify opportunities, assess impacts, and contribute recommendations that support product strategy and business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend product and process improvement opportunities through analysis of business needs, operational performance, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 5 - 8 years of experience (product development, product management, business analysis) or 9 - 12 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work with remote team members and/or stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in Digital Projects/Programs.
  • Strong understanding of, and demonstrated ability to implement and utilize Agile
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis ability
  • Experience leading small IT Projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management in correlation to the product line
  • Manage software support contracts for area of responsibility
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and experience in energy industry
  • Prosci ADKAR certified
  • Agile experience and certifications
