Job Description

Primary Function of Position  

The Sr. Product Analyst, LMS supports the growth and optimization of Intuitive’s enterprise Learning Management Systems and serves as a strategic partner to product, business, training, and IT teams. This role collaborates closely with the product team and stakeholders to design, implement, enable, and continuously improve learning solutions that support scalable, automated, and engaging employee training programs. 

The Sr. Product Analyst, LMS translates business and learning needs into effective technology solutions, ensures optimal use of LMS features and functionality, and actively enables adoption through presentations, training, documentation, and ongoing support. This position plays a critical role in shaping high-quality learning experiences by partnering with business training teams, educating stakeholders on system capabilities, and ensuring the LMS ecosystem evolves in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. 

Essential Job Duties  

  • Partner with product, business leaders, training teams, and key stakeholders to understand learning needs and lead the documentation of business and system requirements for new and enhanced LMS functionality. 

  • Serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert, advising business teams on available features, functionality, and best practices to automate and scale training programs. 

  • Deliver clear, engaging presentations and demonstrations to business and training teams to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of LMS capabilities. 

  • Collaborate with business training teams to design and optimize learning experiences that leverage LMS functionality to improve learner engagement, compliance, and performance. 

  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories, working closely with IT to implement effective solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and integrated systems. 

  • Analyze cross-functional impacts of design decisions and ensure LMS solutions align with business processes and related enterprise systems. 

  • Configure and maintain LMS functionality as needed to support evolving business and training requirements. 

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including development of test scripts and coordination with IT and business partners. 

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support by resolving LMS support cases, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with IT or vendors as required. 

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve work instructions, job aids, and system documentation to ensure accuracy and usability. 

  • Train LMS Administrators and power users on new features, enhancements, and updated processes. 

  • Deliver end-user training and enablement to drive adoption and effective use of LMS tools and capabilities. 

  • Support go-live activities, change management efforts, and post–go-live stabilization, ensuring successful adoption and user satisfaction. 

  • Research industry trends and best practices and recommend improvements to enhance the overall learning technology ecosystem. 

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and project activities, providing status updates, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies. 

  • Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and provide mentorship or design guidance to other team members as needed. 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience  

  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, LMS administration, and business process enablement. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Experience supporting validated systems and users in a medical device or regulated environment preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to present to, influence, and collaborate with diverse audiences, including senior leadership. 

  • Proven experience delivering training, enablement, and user support for enterprise systems. 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage work independently, prioritize effectively, and lead initiatives end-to-end. 

  • Highly collaborative with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. 

Required Education and Training  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 5–6 years of experience supporting Learning organizations and/or business technology applications. 

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or a similar LMS 

Working Conditions  

Hybrid; 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week 

Preferred Skills and Experience 

  • Advanced degree in field of study preferred.

business need and/or on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
