Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP IT Analyst - Finance with expertise in SAP Finance to Manage processes, and a proven track record of working with SAP S/4, including the implementation of S/4 from legacy ERP systems. As a Senior SAP IT Analyst you will be responsible for optimizing technology solutions related to the end-to-end Finance to Manage process within SAP S/4 Fiori environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Order to Cash, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, multiple IT organizations and 3rd party systems to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to drive successful S/4 full cycle implementation projects. Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities. Develop and/or review of deliverables. lead SAP initiatives, influence business and technical stakeholders, and drive solutions across cross-functional teams.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">SAP S/4 Implementation: Drive the implementation of SAP S/4 for Finance and Controlling processes with multiple integrations with 3rd party applications, project planning, implementation, testing, training and end user support. </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Legacy ERP Migration: Collaborate with multiple business and IT teams to help define and support a comprehensive roadmap and strategy for migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4, using Central Finance approach and data.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Requirements Definition: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling, ensuring the successful translation of business needs into technical specifications for the SAP S/4 implementation project.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Reporting and Analytics: Help define and implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP S/4 embedded analytics and SAC and our business intelligence system to meet business requirements.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing and quality assurance plans to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SAP S/4 implementation for all of Finance and Controlling processes, including system performance, data integrity, and end-to-end process testing.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Change Management: Execute change management strategies to facilitate the smooth transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4, including training programs, communication plans, and user adoption initiatives.</li> </ul> Required Skills and Experience <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Extensive hands on experience (10+ years) in IT leadership within SAP space, including functions such as General Ledger with Central Finance integration, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Indirect Taxes, Credit Management, Cash Application, Electronic Bank Statement and integration with Tax Engines.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial data integration issues and drive process improvements.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Demonstrated ability to lead SAP initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven ability to take independent ownership of complex SAP projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a collaborative environment.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Proven ability to mentor team members, share best practices, and contribute to the development of SAP capabilities within the organization.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience in SAP S/4 core modules, Taxes and integration with multiple workstreams.
