<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">The role of the Sr. Shared Services Analyst, Benefits & Payroll is to manage specific tasks within the payroll function. The role serves as a subject matter expert and is accountable to resolve complex problems, collaborate across the organization, leverage technical expertise and provide exceptional internal/external customer satisfaction. The Sr. Shared Services Analyst should have an understanding of the end-to-end process, payroll benefits management (401(k), RRSP, HSA, etc.) and provide knowledge in process improvement activities or transformation efforts.</span></p>

<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience in functional area may be substituted</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">3 years minimum of relevant experience in benefit/payroll processing.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Preferred SAP and/or ADP experience. ADP GlobalView a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience with 401(k)/RRSP reporting, reconciliations and funding.</span></li>
