Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) builds the platform that powers prosperity for millions of small and mid-market businesses. Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) is our AI-native ERP designed specifically for Mid Market businesses.

We are looking for a curious, influential, and deeply strategic data science leader with a passion for B2B growth marketing to drive the data science program within  IES marketing.

This role will interface directly with Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders and be expected to directly influence customer growth by driving data-backed perspectives against our marketing roadmaps and optimizing our marketing investments.  This role will be expected to accelerate IES growth by directly shaping the direction of our full-funnel marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive IES growth by shaping the strategic direction of our full-funnel marketing investments alongside Marketing, Finance, and Sales leaders through decomposition of GTM strategy into measurable frameworks - identify the critical assumptions underlying the plan, size sensitivity, and design the measurement that unlocks them
  • Execute marketing measurement through data instrumentation, reporting,  marketing measurement models, experimentation, and other causal measurement techniques, powered by agentic systems
  • Synthesize business performance narratives across the entire Digital and Sales funnel, shaping the unified understanding of performance drivers and headwinds against our target.
  • Identify opportunities and operationalize motions to win against them, from top of funnel demand gen marketing all the way through to MQL, SQL, and closed opportunities  via Sales.
  • Unpack media channel contribution and drive continuous x-channel optimization to improve growth and ROI
  • Own the data architecture and systems that power clean views on marketing performance - build and enhance with new data source and technology integrations.
  • Build a durable understanding of the Mid-Market customer and the path to grow them via data-backed hypotheses and measurement

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in data science or analytics, including significant depth in marketing, growth, or go-to-market measurement, with a track record of driving strategy and impact across multiple initiatives or business units.
  • Proven ability to direct growth roadmaps and influence strategy with data-backed hypotheses and measurement initiatives
  • Demonstrated B2B marketing measurement expertise: deep, direct experience with demand gen and account-based marketing in a high-ACV product
  • Experience with lead lifecycle and lead-quality measurement across the MQL through Closed Won funnel
  • Expertise in marketing measurement techniques include advanced marketing models, experimentation, synthetic control, and channel attribution.
  • Ability to partner with XFN leaders and advocate for DS projects that require downstream dependencies, own program prioritization and execution of a broad portfolio of DS responsibilities
  • Deep strategic and business management thinking with domain knowledge on core finance, product marketing, and corporate strategy concepts
  • Exceptional tops-down executive communication: proven ability to construct a data narrative in dynamic situations with Director and VP-level leaders
  • Advanced SQL and Python, hands-on instrumentation and pipeline/ETL construction, and comfort working directly in large, multi-source enterprise data (CRM/Salesforce, Marketo, ad platform, web clickstream).
  • Experience building and shipping AI agent systems for use by both internal and external teams
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
