Fulfillment Execution (FEX) organization optimizes the real-time distribution of customer orders to FCs nationwide and supports the most efficient order fulfillment process. Building highly available and scalable systems to handle billions of order & delivery transactions and support Coupang’s rapidly growing Product Commerce business is a complex architectural challenge. We are responsible for delivering products to millions of online shopping customers by improving order reconciliation with technology. To deliver on this challenge, we are looking for an experienced and passionate engineer who can design and build large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed services.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Demonstrate excellence resulting in scalable systems and services with the highest quality architecture and design. </li> <li>Responsible for designing, building, deploying and maintaining the core Workflow Platform Infrastructure. (e.g., Workflow Platforms - Temporal, Netflix Conductor etc.) </li> <li>Responsible for benchmarking the Platform, collecting metrics & publishing results. </li> <li>Responsible for measuring & ensuring reliability and uptime of the Platform with 99.995% guarantees. </li> <li>Responsible for capacity estimation & provisioning of cluster for different customer workloads. </li> <li>Responsible for production incident Monitoring & Alerting for the Platform. </li> <li>Detail oriented and hands on engineer who can analyze OSS Platform components and code. </li> <li>Dive deep into critical system issues, proactively addressing similar root causes, and raise the bar on Operational Excellence. </li> <li>Exposure to one of the SQL or NoSQL database systems. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,000/year to $299,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonus is 0-20% of the base salary.
