Overview Sr Strategy & Transformation Analyst with strategic planning, project management, business analysis and presentations regarding a variety of strategic topics covering competitive intelligence, supply chain, operations, commercial, sustainability, innovation and geographic growth and support SA strategy activities 40% of their time. Responsibilities <ul style="list-style-type:disc;text-align:justify"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and search for simple solutions to complex problems</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for communicating with all audiences within the organization, including senior leaders</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for supporting regional PTW initiatives and strategy activities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support the annual strategic planning process for global beverage packaging, collaborating with regions and global functions to ensure that the process runs smoothly and in line with key deadlines and global templates</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform business analysis on a variety of strategic topics and questions, including Ball’s potential geographic and business line expansion, synthesizing economic, market and financial information to form recommendations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Gathers, analyzes and distributes key competitive intelligence for decision making, including total cost of ownership models for aluminium packaging in a competitive context</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepares regular global KPI reports to track progress against long-term business objectives.
