This role will drive scalable and compliant financial operations by partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Tax and Engineering teams.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and tax domain knowledge with hands-on NetSuite technical expertise to deliver integrated, automated, and scalable enterprise solutions that support global growth and operational excellence.</p> <p><em data-stringify-type="italic">&nbsp;</em></p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead architecture, configuration, enhancement, and support of NetSuite Core Financials and Tax systems.</li> <li>Drive automation and optimization across Core Financials processes including General Ledger (GL), intercompany accounting, consolidations, financial close, and financial/statutory reporting.</li> <li>Design and support tax solutions including Sales &amp; Use Tax, VAT/GST, and global tax compliance processes.</li> <li>Implement and maintain integrations between NetSuite and tax-related enterprise applications including tax engines, e-invoicing platforms, procurement systems, billing platforms, and financial reporting solutions to support global tax compliance and reporting.</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Accounting and Tax teams to improve operational efficiency and scalability.</li> <li>Develop and support NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and SuiteTalk APIs.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end ERP projects including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.</li> <li>Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, data governance, and financial controls across systems and processes.</li> <li>Drive system standardization, scalability, and best practices for enterprise financial operations.</li> <li>Serve as the technical subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials and Tax systems.</li> </ul> <p><em data-stringify-type="italic">&nbsp;</em></p> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>10+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems and ERP platforms.</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience focused on Core Financials and Tax.</li> <li>Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial controls.</li> <li>Familiarity with ASC 606 and global multi-entity accounting operations.</li> <li>Experience supporting tax compliance processes including Sales &amp; Use Tax and VAT/GST.</li> <li>Experience implementing and integrating tax engines such as Avalara or Vertex with NetSuite.</li> <li>Strong technical expertise with:</li> <ul> <li>SuiteScript</li> <li>SuiteFlow</li> <li>SuiteAnalytics</li> <li>Saved Searches</li> <li>SuiteTalk APIs</li> </ul> <li>Experience designing and supporting ERP integrations using middleware and iPaaS platforms.</li> <li>Experience operating in SOX-controlled environments and supporting audit processes.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead complex enterprise systems initiatives and cross-functional projects.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
