We provide systems engineering, integration, and advanced technology services to transform the future safety, security, and resiliency of critical missions on the ground, in the air, in space, and in the information systems that connect these domains.</p> <p><a href="https://www.ensco.com/" target="_blank">Learn more about ENSCO.</a></p> <hr> <h3><strong>Position Description</strong></h3></div><p>ENSCO is seeking a Senior Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Intelligence Directorate.<br>The successful candidate will provide advanced Target Digital Network Analysis in support of the USASMDC Signals Intelligence Branch and the U.S. Army Space Theater Technical Control and Analysis Element (Sp-TCAE). The analyst will identify, analyze, and characterize digital network activity to support target development, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), technical SIGINT (TECHSIGINT), processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), and operational intelligence.</p> <p>The Senior TDNA will collaborate with Signals Analysts, GEOINT Analysts, All Source Analysts, Target Analyst Reporters, and Data Scientists to produce integrated intelligence products supporting Army, Joint, and Combatant Command operations..<br>- Conduct advanced Target Digital Network Analysis.<br>- Analyze digital communications networks and associated infrastructure.<br>- Identify network relationships supporting target development.<br>- Support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and TECHSIGINT operations.<br>- Conduct Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).<br>- Develop intelligence supporting operational targeting.<br>- Correlate digital network intelligence with GEOINT and All Source Intelligence.<br>- Produce technical intelligence reports and briefings.<br>- Support intelligence production for USASMDC and Combatant Commands.<br>- Participate in operational planning and targeting working groups.<br>- Support real world crisis and contingency operations.<br>- Mentor junior TDNA personnel.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications Required</strong></p> <p>'- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience plus 7 years experience supporting Target Digital Network Analysis or related intelligence disciplines.<br>- Experience supporting SIGINT and PED operations.<br>- Experience conducting digital network analysis for intelligence production.<br>- Experience supporting military targeting operations.<br>- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.<br>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>- Active TS/SCI clearance for which you must be a US citizen</p> <p><strong>Qualifications Desired</strong></p> <p>- Army Military Intelligence experience.<br>- Experience supporting USASMDC, INSCOM, NSA, or USSPACECOM.<br>- TECHSIGINT experience.<br>- Experience with network characterization and digital target development.<br>- Experience supporting cyber-enabled intelligence operations.<br>- Joint operational intelligence experience.<br>- Experience integrating TDNA with SIGINT, GEOINT, and All Source Intelligence.<br>- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics supporting intelligence production.<br>- Network+<br>- Security+<br>- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)</p> <p><strong data-start="4266" data-end="4294">Required Certifications: </strong>None<br data-start="4314" data-end="4317"><strong data-start="4317" data-end="4345">US Citizenship Required:</strong> Yes<br data-start="4349" data-end="4352"><strong data-start="4352" data-end="4384">Security Clearance Required:</strong> <strong>TS/SCI</strong><br data-start="4391" data-end="4394"><strong data-start="4394" data-end="4414">Employment Type:</strong> Regular Full-time<br data-start="4432" data-end="4435" data-is-only-node=""><strong data-start="4435" data-end="4461">Background Check Type:</strong> 7 Year Pre-Employment<br data-start="4483" data-end="4486"><strong data-start="4486" data-end="4511">Drug Screen Required:</strong> None<br data-start="4516" data-end="4519"><strong data-start="4519" data-end="4563">Position Contingent Upon Customer Award and Customer Approval:</strong> Yes</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$145,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$180,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>REAL ID Requirement</strong></p> <p>This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
