As part of the Global Operations team, we’re looking for an individual to help solve key cross-functional process, analytics, and systems problems to better help Production and Deployments, and partner teams across a variety of workflows.<br><br><u><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly</li> <li>Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making</li> <li>Gather data, identify issues, prepare review materials, coordinate across regional teams and track action items for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews</li> <li>Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorise/prioritise, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation</li> <li>Conduct research, gather data, build presentations, coordinate stakeholders and track project milestones for strategic Product Line initiatives</li> <li>Assess readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmark performance across regions, identify gaps and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Deep dive into key processes across the business, analyze areas of improvement, and build plans to tactically execute process changes</li> <li>Clearly document process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectivity of documents</li> <li>Coordinate with central HQ Enablement teams for onboarding of new regions; tailor training materials and delivery for specific Product Line and Regional requirements</li> <li>Daily coordination across APAC and US West teams, meeting scheduling, follow-up actions and stakeholder management</li> <li>You’ll develop and utilize your strategic operations viewpoint, being an active participant in deciding which projects are even worth solving at a given point in time, and understanding the different priorities and considerations from a variety of functions to enable you do so.</li> </ul> <h2><u><strong><br>Required Qualifications</strong></u></h2> <ul> <li>3-5 years experience in any of Defence, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics</li> <li>You have an insanely high execution bar, and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward</li> <li>You’ll use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to help create key analysis to influence and execute on operational decisions</li> <li>You have product taste, and are able to think through how business systems requirements should be shaped, and partner with broader Corporate Technology teams on conceiving and testing workflows</li> <li>You have a knack for process and are able to identify how various parts of the operation string together</li> <li>You’ll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization and regions to clearly communicate and achieve cross-functional outcomes</li> <li>You consider people, and you love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way</li> <li>You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility</li> <li>You’re genuinely curious and creative, wanting to dive deep into a variety of operational process and systems problems and think critically to define optimal solutions</li> <li>You’re observant and anticipate cross-functional issues/need and potential solutions before the broader org may notice</li> <li>Extremely organised and detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent verbal & written communication skills</li> <li>A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
