Job Description: The Strategic Pricing Analyst owns and manages the existing tactical pricing infrastructure for Lift, Season Pass (Epic Pass), and ancillary service (e.g. Ski School) products! This role will support cross-functional initiatives including: managing live pricing decks, pricing inputs, pricing changes, and website pricing uploads, pricing research, revenue forecasting/modeling, reporting, competitive intelligence, go-to market plans, price testing, and the analysis and implementation of new strategic programs and products. The Strategic Pricing Analyst should have a proven track record as a high potential candidate by demonstrating: drive, ambition, business acumen, and emotional intelligence! This role sits on the Strategic Pricing team, which has ownership of analysis, insights, and strategy for key pricing decisions including lift ticket and season pass products. In this role, you will be required to analyze and manage large data sets and provide insights with actionable and concise recommendations. You will also be expected to demonstrate learning agility and the drive to take on new topics or projects. The Pricing team is part of the larger Enterprise Analytics organization, which has a mission to use Vail Resorts’ proprietary guest data to generate measurable insights that unlock value for the business.
