They align strategy and execution with cross-functional partners such as engineering, manufacturing, product management and functional owners. They execute the competitive bid, negotiation, contracting processes and/or technical continuous improvement for assigned commodities or services; collaborate across Business Units and cross-regions for optimal TE leverage. Our teams demonstrate a high level of expertise in procurement competencies (business/supply chain acumen, negotiation, sourcing strategy development and execution, global savvy, and project and product lifecycle management) and ensure results are delivered compliant with TE policies and procedures.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>Policies and Procedures 5%<br>Follow up procurement policies and procedures in order to align with the requirements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Procurement 80%<br>a. Supplier development and qualification<br>Develop new supplier based on project demand and commodity strategy;Do supplier analysis and lead audit to find the right source(quality, cost, service).<br>b. Pricing and term negotiation<br>Handle NPI and sustaining project RFQ, arrange SSR among team alignment<br>Negotiate with suppliers in order to get the best price and terms.<br>c. Contract Preparation&amp; Review<br>Negotiate contract terms with supplier, and submit contract for approval in order to avoid legal/commercial risks.<br>d. Supplier Ordering for NPI or Other Sample Requirement<br>Create orders according to PR(Purchasing Request);Follow up PO(Purchasing Order) in order to ensure material delivery(timeliness, quality, quantity).<br>e. System Maintenance<br>Material mater data maintain<br>IR application in system and regular verification<br>SSU application<br>Supplier compliance survey driving<br>f. Supplier Management <br>Regluar supplier review meeting to drive improvment on supplier quality/cost/delivery<br>Visit supplier and invite supplier to visit periodically in order to strength strategic relationship <br>Support annual supplier audit<br>g.KPI driving<br>Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction based on cost analysis/demand/market data,push back cost increase<br>Drive cost reduction opportunity with engineering team, lead VA/VE projects<br>Drive dual source, LCL, VMI/consignment with team<br>h. New components qualification                                                                                                                     </p> <p>Process samples qualifcation and  FAIR document prepartion in order to ensure the new project process smoothly                                                                                                                                                                                                          i.
