<p><br>We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support sourcing initiatives across multiple commodities, including machinery, applicators, and high-volume components.</p>
<p>This role will play a key part in:</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supplier management, cost analysis, and procurement/planning processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies by commodity (machining, assembly, electronics, tooling, etc.)</li>
<li>Lead RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection</li>
<li>Analyze cost breakdowns (material, labor, overhead, logistics)</li>
<li>Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities</li>
<li>Drive lead time reduction initiatives and supply continuity</li>
<li>Manage and optimize supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost)</li>
<li>Support dual sourcing and supplier consolidation strategies</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and agreements</li>
</ul>

<li>Establishing and executing mid-term and long-term sourcing strategies for assigned categories.</li>
<li>Leading supplier negotiations and contract development in alignment with business objectives.</li>
<li>Managing supplier relationships to ensure achievement of cost, delivery, and performance commitments.</li>
<li>Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage global spend and optimize supplier footprints.</li>
<li>Identifying innovation, design-to-cost, and early supplier involvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Researching market, technology, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies.</li>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in: Supply Chain, Engineering, Business / Finance</p>
<p>3–7 years of experience in Strategic sourcing, Procurement, Supplier management</p>

<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<p>Strong knowledge of:</p>
<ul>
<li>Machining / metal fabrication / assembly processes</li>
<li>Industrial supply chains</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (analysis, modeling, cost comparisons</li>
<li>Ability to interpret: drawings, BOMs, technical specifications</li>
<li>Experience with SAP (MM module preferred):

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong><br>• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $113,800 - $170,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)<br>• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.<br>• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits</p>
