Job Description

  • Strategy & Operations Planning: Lead and facilitate annual/quarterly strategic planning cycles to define company goals, OKRs, and "must-win battles".
  • Cross-functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with C-level executives and cross-functional business heads to align strategic priorities, drive accountability, and resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks.
  • Structured Problem Solving & Business Insights: Tackle ambiguous, high-impact business challenges using structured frameworks (Root Cause Analysis, First Principles, 5 Whys, MECE) to deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Executive Review & Reporting: Drive Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, related reports for Group management, framing performance narratives and identifying key growth/risk drivers.
  • Strategic Project Management: End-to-end ownership of strategic cross-functional initiatives
  • AI-driven Process Optimization: Proactively leverage and embed modern AI capabilities into strategic workflows, problem-solving, and operational processes to drive maximum productivity and business impact.

Qualifications

  • Background & Experience:
    • University graduate with minimum 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy/Ops, Generalist Management Trainee programs, or Project Management.
    • Experience handling broad, cross-functional business topics rather than deep vertical/niche expertise.
  • Core Competencies & Mindset:
    • Exceptional critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and first-principles reasoning with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong Stakeholder Management skills (proven ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate effectively with C-levels and cross-functional teams.)
  • Data & Business Literacy:
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business performance into strategic insights.
    • Data fluency: Comfortable working with data, key business metrics, and dashboarding tools (SQL/BigQuery knowledge is a plus, but strategic data framing and storytelling are essential).
  • AI & Innovation Readiness:
    • Proven track record or strong adaptability in leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, workflow efficiency, structured reasoning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Communication & Language:
    • Excellent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent), capable of delivering high-stakes executive presentations.
