The Health Industry group is part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network. Our practitioners bring the perfect mix of strategic and operational experience, plus deep industry knowledge to help clients tackle their biggest challenges and unlock maximum value.

As a Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant within our Health practice, you will bridge the gap between strategic objectives and technology delivery. You will design and implement Salesforce-based solutions that modernize operations in health and adjacent sectors — driving platform adoption, enabling smarter workflows, and supporting data-driven decision-making. While exposure to the health industry is a plus, what matters most is your ability to deliver Salesforce implementations and guide clients through complex technology change.


🎯 In this practice, you’ll help drive our Healthcare clients’ business transformation efforts through:

  • 📊 Managing client deliveries, reporting and dashboarding.
  • 🌍 Delivering global projects with teams of various sizes. Tasks may include data analytics, operating model and process design, value transformation, business case development, experience design, and more.
  • 🧬 Working with healthcare data sets, analysis and visualization tools.
  • 📅 Monitoring and updating project plans, ensuring clear communication and implementation.
  • 🛠️ Driving governance activities to support new workstreams.
  • 🔗 Acting as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and different workstreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce Implementation & Solution Design

  • Lead workstreams focused on the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud) across payer, provider, or health-adjacent client environments.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify integration gaps, process inefficiencies, and platform adoption barriers, translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
  • Design operating models and governance frameworks that support sustainable Salesforce adoption and platform scalability.
  • Collaborate with client technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders to document requirements, validate solution design, and manage scope.
  • Support clients through UAT, go-live preparation, and hypercare phases, ensuring smooth transitions and early adoption success.

Training & Capability Building

  • Design and execute training strategies — including "train the trainer" programs — to ensure effective knowledge transfer across client end-users, administrators, and business teams.
  • Drive upskilling of client staff to enable confident adoption of Salesforce and connected technologies, translating platform capabilities into practical day-to-day workflows.
  • Develop and manage communication plans that address diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline users to executive sponsors, throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support the establishment of a Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) within client organizations, advising on governance structures, admin capacity, and continuous improvement practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud), with at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver in agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting process assessments and translating findings into platform configuration or design decisions.
  • Ability to develop and track implementation metrics, readiness scorecards, and platform KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for business and executive audiences.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Active and proficient use of Generative AI (GenAI).
     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Health Cloud) are strongly valued.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other health-specific Salesforce configurations is a meaningful differentiator, though not required.
  • Familiarity with health industry operating environments — payer/provider workflows, patient access, enrollment, or care management processes — is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with adjacent systems such as EHR platforms, data lakes, or middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) as applied in technology adoption programs.
