An exciting opportunity to contribute to strategy and growth within Downer Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services by supporting high-impact initiatives across market analysis, business development, and government engagement.

 

This role plays a key part in shaping business unit direction by providing insights across competitor activity, policy, and growth opportunities, while supporting strategic decision-making and execution.

What you'll do

  • Conduct market, competitor, and government policy analysis
  • Support development and implementation of strategy and growth plans
  • Provide insights into pipeline performance and sales activity
  • Contribute to M&A identification and growth opportunities
  • Represent the Strategy & Growth function in key initiatives and forums

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree with a high academic record (distinction or above)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, sales or government
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to generate actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • High level of discretion handling confidential information

 

Due to the nature of the work, you may be required to attain a Security Clearance and as such, only Australian Citizens will be considered.
