<h2><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h2>
<p>This is a <strong>6-month fixed contract</strong> role designed to ensure continuity of data, systems, and administrative operations within the Student Life team during a staff leave period.</p>
<p>The Interim Student Life, Data & Admin Associate will focus on <strong>maintaining existing systems, supporting ongoing programs, and ensuring consistent reporting and data integrity,</strong> rather than building new systems or long-term strategie</p>
<h2><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Data Management & Reporting (Execution-Focused)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update existing data collection processes (surveys, attendance tracking, feedback tools).</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness of Student Life data.</li>
<li>Organize and manage datasets for easy access and use by the team.</li>
<li>Generate regular reports and dashboards on student engagement and program participation.</li>
<li>Support ongoing analysis by identifying basic trends and highlighting key insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salesforce Administration & Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for Student Life during the interim period.</li>
<li>Maintain data integrity, user access, and system organization.</li>
<li>Support staff with day-to-day Salesforce usage, troubleshooting, and reporting needs.</li>
<li>Update existing dashboards and reports (no major system redesign expected).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Administrative & Operational Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support coordination of Student Life activities through data tracking and administrative processes.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation (data definitions, trackers, reports) remains up-to-date and usable.</li>
<li>Assist with routine operational tasks that enable smooth team functioning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Coordination & Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide light supervision or coordination support to administrative processes (if applicable).</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Student Life team members to ensure timely data and reporting support.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication on task progress, risks, and priorities.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Ensure the safety and well-being of all young persons and vulnerable adults with whom we deal, by adhering to ALU’s comprehensive safeguarding policy, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to any violations of safeguarding standards. </em></p>
<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>
<li>2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative operations.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES</strong></h3>
<p>Functional Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Data management, cleaning, and reporting</li>
<li>Basic data analysis and interpretation</li>
<li>Salesforce/CRM administration (user support, reporting, dashboards)</li>
<li>Spreadsheet and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)</li>
</ul>
