Come join us and be a part of our journey.   A Brief Overview   The Quality Assurance Documentation & Data Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the site's document control and quality management system (QMS) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards. This role supervises the daily execution of documentation processes, including document control, change management, training records, quality records, and electronic quality systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor partners closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to support quality investigations, audits, customer requirements, and new product introductions. This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant documentation practices while providing day-to-day leadership and technical guidance to the documentation team.   What you will do · Oversee daily document control activities including SOPs, specifications, work instructions, forms, change controls, training records, and quality documentation to ensure compliance. · Participate in quality investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA activities, product changes, and new product introductions as the documentation subject matter expert. · Supervise, coach, and develop QA Documentation personnel by assigning work, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. · Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by preparing documentation, maintaining quality records, and ensuring audit readiness. · Maintain quality metrics, documentation KPIs, document control logs, employee training records, annual product reviews, and other quality system records. · Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of documentation processes across the site. · Some duties may vary slightly by location   Education Qualifications · High School Diploma (Required)   Experience Qualifications · 4-6 years in Quality Assurance within personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or another regulated manufacturing environment (Required) · 1-3 years Previous lead or supervisory experience (Preferred) · 1-3 years using an electronic Quality Management System (QT9, MasterControl, TrackWise, etc.) (Preferred) Skills and Abilities · FDA/GMP/ISO knowledge (High proficiency) · QA software & Microsoft Office (High proficiency) · Document control & SOP management (High proficiency) · Audit documentation (High proficiency) · Attention to detail (High proficiency) · Root Cause / CAPA (Medium proficiency) · Team leadership (Medium proficiency) · Cross-functional communication (Medium proficiency) · Quality metrics (Medium proficiency) · Lean / Six Sigma (Low proficiency) To Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our company does not accept unsolicited curriculum vitae’s or applications from agencies.
