<div class="content-intro"> <p><img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://www.jometer.com/v2/track?c=j9z3&amp;a=2" width="1" border="0"></p></div><p>Quest Defense is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to support and help lead supplier fulfillment execution.&nbsp; This role will own assigned supplier rhythms, maintain hardware delivery visibility, support recovery planning for high-risk parts, and provide reliable reporting inputs for Product Operations and leadership cadence.</p> <p>The&nbsp; role requires greater autonomy, stronger supplier-facing maturity, better issue escalation judgment, and the ability to support less experienced team members with execution discipline, tracker quality, and cadence readiness.</p> <p><strong>This role is Hybrid based out of Cincinnati, OH/Evendale, OH. Due to the nature of these roles, applicants must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder/ Permanent Resident. </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own assigned supplier fulfillment rhythms for hardware on purchase order.</li> <li>Lead or support weekly/monthly supplier status meetings and document commitments.</li> <li>Maintain accurate hardware delivery status, supplier commit dates, and forecasted on-dock dates.</li> <li>Coordinate new part kickoff calls with suppliers and Client stakeholders.</li> <li>Work with Product Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, and other functional teams to align hardware status, design-change impacts, and recovery actions.</li> <li>Support MLOB / Line of Balance data integrity by ensuring forecast tracker updates are complete, timely, and aligned with customer expectations.</li> <li>Identify delivery risks, data gaps, schedule clashes, and escalation needs.</li> <li>Develop and maintain recovery action plans for high-risk hardware, including owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation status.</li> <li>Support daily management, bowler updates, and FLIGHTDECK cadence participation.</li> <li>Prepare weekly hardware risk summaries and leadership-ready status inputs.</li> <li>Help establish standard work, tracker discipline, and communication norms for the supplier fulfillment support team.</li> <li>Provide peer guidance to 1D-level resources as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, supplier fulfillment, manufacturing program support, project management, hardware delivery, materials planning, or related work.</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and structured tracker management skills.</li> <li>Experience coordinating across suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.</li> <li>Ability to lead supplier/status meetings and drive actions to closure.</li> <li>Strong written communication and concise status reporting capability.</li> <li>Ability to identify delivery risks and escalate issues with clear facts, impacts, and required decisions.</li> <li>Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati / Evendale area Tuesday through Thursday.</li> <li>US. Citizen or U.S. Green Card holder.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Aerospace, NPI, manufacturing programs, product operations, materials, sourcing, or supplier management experience.</li> <li>Experience supporting hardware delivery, line-of-balance tracking, recovery planning, or purchase order / supplier commit management.</li> <li>Familiarity with FLIGHTDECK, daily management, bowler reviews, visual management, SQDC, or Lean operating systems.</li> <li>Experience with Smartsheet, ERP exports, MLOB / LOB tools, BOX, SharePoint, or advanced Excel-based tracking systems.</li> <li>Ability to mentor junior execution resources and stabilize operating cadence.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications</p></div><div class="title">Pay Ranges</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$82,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At <strong style="color: #662a53;">Quest Defense Systems and Solutions</strong>, we don’t just build technology — we engineer the future.
