At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>We are seeking a Supplier Performance &amp; Development Analyst to drive supplier performance improvement initiatives across a regional supplier network supporting our manufacturing operations.</p> <p>This role will partner directly with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to identify systemic issues, lead root cause analysis activities, and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve quality, delivery, capacity, and operational performance.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, experience working with suppliers, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including supplier executives, plant leaders, and cross-functional teams.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 15-20 suppliers focused on performance improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Analyze supplier performance issues related to quality, delivery, manufacturing capability, and capacity. </li> <li>Lead root cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies. </li> <li>Coach suppliers on root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement practices.</li> <li>Develop and track corrective action plans to drive sustainable operational improvements. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Management teams to resolve supplier challenges. </li> <li>Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement metrics. </li> <li>Support supplier qualification, capability assessments, and risk evaluations. </li> <li>Conduct regular onsite supplier visits across Mexico and the United States to evaluate operations and facilitate improvement activities.</li> <li>Build effective relationships with supplier leadership, including General Managers, Owners, Presidents, and CEOs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><h4><span style="color:indianred">HYBRID POSITION</span></h4> <h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, or a related field. </li> <li>Experience working in manufacturing environments and supplier-facing roles. </li> <li>Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies. </li> <li>Experience developing and implementing supplier improvement plans.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. </li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel.</li> </ul> <div> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Aerospace industry experience.</li> <li>Automotive industry experience. </li> <li>Knowledge of AS9100 standards. </li> <li>Experience with APQP, PPAP, supplier quality, or supplier development programs.</li> <li>Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, stamping, or molding.</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with FMEA, Value Stream Mapping, and supplier assessment methodologies.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
