This role will coordinate with multiple teams throughout Bunge North America to ensure supply of Tropical Oils. helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Work directly with commodity department and vessel vendor to track and monitor inbound vessel shipment from overseas. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Monitoring inventory levels at various US and sans-serif;color:black">Monitor and manage status and operational condition of barges including repairs and preventive maintenance. </li> <li helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Work directly with production scheduling to ensure inventory position at the plant is sufficient and uninterrupted by arranging all barge, rail &, if necessary, sans-serif;color:black">Provide detailed, critical weekly inventory / supply plan to operations team including reports for several meetings for review. </li> <li transload facility at supplier for all inbound material into either storage tanks or on to barge or rail for transport. </li> <li transportation of all raw material from suppliers, working directly with third party providers including barge, rail and truck. </li> <li helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Codes and prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a variety of invoices per defined processes. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands accuracy of physical inventory when needed including month end inventory reconciliation. </li> <li helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Communicates fulfillment status and / or issues within the Organization to points including Demand / Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Sales, and Customer Service. </li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li
