Lead upcoming system upgrade implementations and go-live activities, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption. Demonstrate expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (WM &amp; eWM) with advanced interface customization capabilities to support operational requirements.<br>•Environment Administration &amp; Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and continuous updates of existing SAP environments, collaborating effectively with IT and business departments to optimize system operations. Implement and maintain robust SAP landscapes spanning development, test, training, and production environments with seamless inter-system cooperation. Analyze complex technical situations and deliver effective problem resolution strategies while optimizing SAP configuration for maximum system performance and availability.<br>•User Management &amp; Project Support: Manage SAP user accounts, authorizations, and security profiles across organizational hierarchies, ensuring appropriate access controls and compliance standards. Provide critical SAP project support across EMIA plant locations, facilitating key user participation and system adoption. Support comprehensive implementation of SAP system upgrades while creating and maintaining detailed training documentation for SAP instances and interfaces. Create comprehensive system training materials and user guides to support organizational competency development and knowledge transfer. Improve work steps of ERP system, review available system enhancements, cooperate with the EMEA process team for best practices review, etc. <br>•Reporting: Deliver regular project status reports to management, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout all system initiatives.<br>•Critical Quality Oversight: Exercise authority to halt production or shipping operations when quality compliance concerns arise, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality protocols. Maintain vigilant oversight of system integrity impacting production processes and manufactured component quality, demonstrating commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desired candidate profile:</b></H2> </div><div><p>•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
