Work on Demand analysis; Supply reliability, flexibility, and agility; Inventory efficiency.<br>•    Coordinate with plant operations to analyze and recommend long range capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customers.<br>•    Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.<br>•    Collaborate with  global counterparts to analyze &amp; improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process<br>•    Identify and lead strategic supply chain projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint moves.<br>•    Monitor &amp; report on supply chain KPI’s and drive actions to close any gaps<br>•    Monitor the progress of orders from Performance Materials in terms of quantity and shipping timeliness.<br>•    Working with inventory level targets.
