<li>Managing day-to-day operational coordination and escalations, reviewing and tracking checklists, ensuring all supply chain activity is completed timely, and avoiding project delays.</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with multiple teams in arranging the manufacture or the purchase of stock to meet promised deliveries against forecasted demand.</li>
<li>Implementing supply chain optimization projects, creating processes to gather supply chain data, and analyzing them to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Liaising with the internal functions to determine priorities and working with the cross-functional leads to identify, plan and resolve inconsistencies and gaps between demand and supply.</li>

</div><div><p><strong>What your background should look like:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s Degree<br>• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.<br>• More than +3 years of experience in Supply Chain within production planning/purchasing/procurement<br>• Expertise in Computer skills (SAP R/3, MS Excel, Power Point, and Word). IBP experience highly desired<br>• Excel skills is required to support reporting and analytics requirements<br>• General knowledge about electronic parts such as connectors and sensors.<br>• Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.)</p>
<p><br><strong>Key responsibilities</strong><br>• Monitor and drive end to end supply chain performance efficiency and excellency for Manufacturing sites assigned. Work on Demand analysis; Supply reliability, flexibility, and agility; Inventory efficiency.<br>• Coordinate with plant operations to analyze and recommend long range capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customers.<br>• Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.<br>• Collaborate with global counterparts to analyze & improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process<br>• Identify and lead strategic supply chain projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint moves.<br>• Monitor & report on supply chain KPI’s and drive actions to close any gaps<br>• Monitor the progress of orders from Performance Materials in terms of quantity and shipping timeliness.<br>• Working with inventory level targets. Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.<br>• Support the Supply Chain team with data entry and processing.<br>• Monitor scheduled orders accuracy to drive improvement of std work<br>• Manage day-to-day operational coordination and escalations, exception / performance management</p>
