At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers and identifies opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>Responsibilities: <br>•    Develop and execute End-to-End Stocking Policy and Design Framework<br>o    Establish a standardized stocking policy framework and ensure consistent data accuracy and governance processes with stakeholders<br>o    Conduct scenario analysis to model how shifts in stocking policies, transportation methods and service level impact cost, lead time, on time delivery and inventory<br>o    Translate simulation data into clear, actionable insights to support management in strategic decision-making<br>o    Drive continuous improvement by monitoring supply chain KPIs to enhance and balance stocking efficiency, inventory investment and service level</p> <p>•    Analyze and Optimize Finished Goods Inventory Structure <br>o    Analyze DC (Distribution Center) inventory composition and elements, including Customer Consignment, JIT customer, Make to Stock, Migration Buffer, Risk Buy, EOL and Aging Inventory disposition  <br>o    Develop DC F/G inventory modelling and coordinate with Inventory Program Manager for forecast projection<br>o    Drive continuous improvement through Aging RCA, Direct Ship opportunities, Stocking Policy strategy and other key drivers </p> <p>•    Support to formulate cross functional process for Migration, Global Allocation, NPI and EOL <br>o    Support robust framework to ensure seamless transitions and minimize risks <br>o    Drive cross functional alignment on key processes and phases <br>o    Track milestones and master data validation under SnOE (Sales &amp; Operation Execution) planning scope<br>o    Communicate and update progress to SnOE planning stakeholders</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>What should your background look like:<br>•    Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics and Statistics or related field<br>•    10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations – Supply Planning, Production Planning, Distribution Requirement Planning with demonstrated growth in scope<br>•    Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, experience with S/4 HANA a plus, IBP, Power BI and MS Office<br>•    Proven track record of operating in a global or multi-regional environment, effectively collaborating with various levels of the organization across different time zones and cultures<br>•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both operational teams and senior leadership<br>•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable decisions<br>•    Experience in managing ambiguity, resolving escalations, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority<br>•    Proven mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and ownership, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.<br>•    Willingness to work across time zones as needed to support global operations</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
