Cost Visibility<br>•    Understand inbound and outbound freight cost structure.<br>•    Analyze freight cost by carrier, route, lane, plant, customer, and transportation mode.<br>•    Identify major cost drivers and abnormal cost trends.<br>2. Cost Tracking<br>•    Establish monthly freight cost review process.<br>•    Perform monthly Actual vs Forecast comparison.<br>•    Conduct mid-month cost trend monitoring.<br>•    Track Premium Freight on a weekly basis.<br>3. Cost Saving Plan<br>•    Develop annual freight cost saving roadmap.<br>•    Identify cost reduction opportunities.<br>•    Prepare monthly saving project tracking report.<br>•    Monitor target achievement and corrective actions.</p> <p>Step 2 - Warehouse Cost Understanding &amp; Optimization<br>1. Cost Structure Analysis<br>•    Understand warehouse cost composition including: <br>o    Storage Cost<br>o    Handling Cost<br>o    Transportation Support Cost<br>o    Other Operational Costs<br>2. Cost Visibility &amp; Tracking<br>•    Maintain warehouse cost database.<br>•    Monitor monthly warehouse cost trend.<br>•    Develop warehouse KPI tracking dashboard.<br>•    Connect warehouse cost movement with inventory changes.<br>3. Cost Reduction Activities<br>•    Identify warehouse cost-saving opportunities.<br>•    Lead cost reduction projects with warehouse providers and internal stakeholders.<br>•    Track project implementation status and realized savings.</p> <p>Step 3 - TLC End-to-End Management &amp; Business Analytics<br>1.
