Supply Chain BI Analyst
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
- Support forecasting and planning processes through data analysis, scenario modeling, and insights generation.
- Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to align data and business requirements.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility through BI tools and data visualization platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, planning, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with team on root cause analysis for supply chain deviations, shortages, excess inventory, and demand fluctuations.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, inventory performance, and customer service levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analytics and performance tracking.
