The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency of our supply chain operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO: <ul> <li>Data Analysis and Reporting:</li> <ul> <li>Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making.</li> </ul> <li>Inventory Management:</li> <ul> <li>Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain an efficient and cost-effective inventory.</li> </ul> <li>Process Improvement:</li> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <li>Collaboration:</li> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.</li> <li>Participate in regular meetings to address operational challenges and drive collaborative solutions.</li> </ul> <li>Supply Chain Visibility:</li> <ul> <li>Enhance supply chain visibility through the implementation of tracking and monitoring tools.</li> <li>Work with technology teams to leverage systems that improve real-time visibility into supply chain activities.</li> </ul> <li>Performance Metrics:</li> <ul> <li>Define and track key performance metrics for supply chain operations.</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards that provide a comprehensive overview of the supply chain's performance.</li> </ul> <li>Root Cause Analysis:</li> <ul> <li>Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies.</li> <li>Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to mitigate future issues. </li> </ul> </ul> WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering</li> <li>Understanding of Supply chain management fundamentals & tools such as SAP or material demand management services, dashboards, o9, etc</li> <li>Effective management of workflows & client requests through ticketing systems (ex.)  </li> <li>Intermediate Excel skills / Google sheet (vlookup, pivot tables, charts, etc) & utilize other Google applications such as Slides & Docs with quality presentation.</li> <li>Knowledge of project management methodologies for managing cross functional teams</li> <li>Risk Management with a proven background of working to meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership</li> <li>Effective cross functional collaboration & the ability to work with stakeholders from technical, operations and planning teams.</li> <li>Ability to maintain accurate records and document process end to end at a high level.</li> <li>Great attention to detail in understanding context of business requirements and able to take insightful meeting notes.</li> <li>Individual skills: goal-oriented, coachable, critical thinker, and responsible.</li> <li>Team skills: willing to learn, effective team player, and share knowledge & best practices with the team.</li> <li>Problem solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Root cause analysis, identify root causes and have the ability to communicate where needed implement corrective action to avoid re-occurrence</li> <li>Ability to recognize patterns and/or trends in assigned workflows backed with data and historical analysis where needed.</li> </ul> PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.</li> <li>Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with supply chain optimization tools and software.</li> <li>Experience with SQL</li> </ul> </div> EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
