Responsibilities The Opportunity PMF Supply planner Ensure optimal planning of production and distribution for finished goods (PMF), balancing service levels, inventory, and operational efficiency through demand, capacity, and supply chain constraints analysis. Your Impact Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods, aligned with demand forecasts and inventory strategies. Plan distribution of finished goods to distribution centers and/or customers, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and service. Analyze demand forecasts and variability to adjust production and replenishment plans. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure plan execution. Identify and manage capacity, material, and transportation constraints. Monitor key KPIs (fill rate, inventory levels, obsolescence, OTIF, production adherence).Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, inventory reduction, and network optimization. Participate in S&OP / IBP processes to align demand and supply plans.Manage exceptions and supply chain contingencies. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or distribution planning. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, MRP, DRP, S&OP). Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/BY/DPP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
