#LI-HybridTeam Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Lead to direct our Offline Acquisition operations within the Supply Growth organization. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our corporate capacity targets and street-level execution. You will oversee a growing field organization of coordinators and field agents across key markets while operating directly from our central office. Your focus will be on designing scalable field acquisition frameworks, optimizing the Customer Acquisition Cost, and leading cross-functional tech deployments to unlock delivery capacity beyond saturated digital channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Directing Field Operations & Strategy: Manage and scale our offline acquisition squads across cities, ensuring strict adherence to productivity targets and operational guardrails.
- Optimizing Acquisition Funnels: Track and improve the end-to-end conversion journey from street-level lead to courier first order, identifying bottlenecks and reducing friction in the early onboarding process.
- Driving Analytical Governance: Build robust tracking mechanisms to measure field performance, cohort retention, and true acquisition costs against our core P&L objectives.
- Deploying Tech Enablers: Partner directly with Product and Operations teams to define, test, and deploy acquisition automation for street-level acquisition, in-app onboarding enhancements, and field conversion tools.
- Managing Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central operational node between frontline execution and corporate stakeholders (Finance, Tech, Offline Management, and more), ensuring funding, equipment allocation, and strategic alignment for high-impact campaigns.
- Structuring Field Intelligence: Translate street-level insights and competitor intelligence into structured, data-driven business cases to shape our long-term supply growth roadmap
Role Qualifications
- Experience: 4-6+ years of professional experience in any of the following fields: Operations, corporate strategy, business/sales operations, growth logistics, management consulting, or high-paced tech startups. Proven experience managing field teams or complex offline operations while maintaining strong corporate analytical rigor is required.
- People & Field Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and structure hierarchical teams (coordinators and street agents) to hit aggressive operational targets without losing sight of high-level business objectives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex operational metrics into financial ROI models and clear business guardrails.
- Cross-Functional Agility: High-level communication skills to act as the bridge between complex corporate environments and high-paced field operations. Proven ability to align corporate stakeholders (such as product, finance, leadership), and commercial teams that drive street-level execution without formal authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technical Toolkit: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities are required. Proficiency in SQL and direct experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) are highly desirable for independent data extraction and tracking.
- Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must.
