The Opportunity Start your career in Supply Chain and be part of a high-impact team that keeps products moving across the network. As a Supply Planning Analyst, you’ll support daily operations that ensure products are available where and when they’re needed. You will work closely with distribution centers, planning teams, and cross-functional partners to identify issues, solve problems, and improve service levels. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution, and DRP processes, while developing analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact product availability and service to customers Responsibilities Your Impact In this role, you will: Monitor system alerts and identify issues affecting distribution and replenishment flows Investigate and resolve exceptions (e.g., incomplete loads, system errors, compliance topics) Track distribution performance and highlight in-stock opportunities or risks Follow up on pending shipments and coordinate with sites to ensure resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, DCs, field teams) on a daily basis Support continuous improvements and execute ad-hoc analysis/tasks Think of it as: solving daily puzzles to keep the supply chain running smoothly Qualifications Who are we looking for? Must-have qualifications Fluent English (written & spoken) – assessment will be applied Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field 6 months – 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (internships or entry-level roles welcome) Intermediate Excel skills (data cleansing, pivot tables, pivot charts, v-look-up) Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (critical requirement) Nice to have Familiarity with SAP or supply chain systems Basic understanding of planning, distribution, or logistics processes If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
