At PayDepotĀ we build several B2B and B2C fintech products, including payment infrastructure, crypto services and financial platforms. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a System Analyst who will help translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


We offer relocation support to Cyprus for you and your family and a modern office in Limassol.


What you will do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and transform them into clear system specifications
  • Design system solutions together with the development team
  • Analyze complex systems, integrations and data flows
  • Define API contracts and integration requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Model business and system processes using BPMN / UML
  • Support developers during implementation and clarify requirements when needed
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, product and engineering teams


What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a product team
  • Previous experience in fintech, banking or payments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and data flows
  • Experience writing detailed technical specifications
  • Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman)
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, SQL, UML, and BPMN
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)


Nice to have

  • Experience working with crypto products or blockchain integrations
  • Understanding of payment systems and financial infrastructure
  • Experience in startup or fast-growing product companies
  • STEM degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar)
