Core One is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance Roles & Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet operational and security requirements.</li> <li>Develop and document system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation efforts.</li> <li>Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex system issues.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and best practices.</li> <li>Generate reports and provide technical briefings to stakeholders.</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance</li> <li>An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience</li> <li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate’s degree)</li> <li>A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor’s)</li> <li>A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master’s and a Bachelor’s)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, IT infrastructure, or related fields.</li> <li>Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory).</li> <li>Strong understanding of system lifecycle processes, data analysis, and IT security principles.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise IT systems, databases, and cloud-based solutions.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li> </ul> Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
