Position Summary

Maintains efficient operations by designing systems, implementing technical applications, and advising on hardware and software needs.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Translates client requirements into project briefs and analyzes technology needs.
  • Provides technical support, solves problems, and assesses solutions for technical and business suitability.
  • Develops feasible solutions, estimates costs, and outlines new system designs.
  • Collaborates with programmers and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
  • Trains users and ensures comprehensive maintenance of system documentation.
  • Administers system support for software, hardware, and servers, including testing and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Systems analysis or related experience.
  • Proficiency in systems implementation and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of system interactions, data flows, and system software capabilities.
