FUNCTION
The Systems Analyst, PLM & Pre-Production Systems, is a hands-on technical role within the Enterprise Technology team responsible for the administration, configuration, integration support, and data integrity of PLM, ERP and its connected ecosystem. The Systems Analyst, PLM & Pre-Production Systems, works in close partnership with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable system performance and high-quality data, while focusing on technical configuration, support, and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Technical Innovation:
    • Demonstrate technical capabilities of supported system(s)
    • Collaborate to provide creative technical options through partnership with product teams or functional users
    • Create and execute system solutions that fully maximize our investments and product objectives
    • Continually map technical specifications and activities to existing and emerging information tools for purposes of identifying improvement opportunities that drive value for the organization
  • Application Enablement:
    • Develop technical specifications and requirements for projects or tasks
    • Able to validate that technical solutions meet functional requirements
    • Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical perspective is incorporated into business planning and daily operations
    • Understand functional processes and technical system implications
    • Ensure systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for security and data privacy
    • Serve as an on-call back up for multiple systems and provide support during off hours based on the on-call schedule
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Demonstrate ability to configure supported systems to meet defined functional requirements
    • Execute detailed system level application support and issue resolution
    • Ensure quality and satisfaction within technology service levels
    • Facilitate the leveraging of shared technology services and best practices
    • Maintain relationships with functional users
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/MIS, computer science, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years technical experience in Information Technology in support of enterprise class systems
  • Exposure to enterprise class system(s) as it relates to the functional area preferred
  • Exposure to supporting specific functional area(s) preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology a plus
  • Experience with FlexPLM, Salsify, Vibe IQ, Cross cap, D365 F&O strongly preferred.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics, Salsify, VibeIQ is plus.

  • Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced office environment
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance PLM business processes, integrations, workflows, and security models.

Preferred PLM-Related Qualifications (Highly Valuable)

  • Handson experience configuring, administrating, updating or supporting FlexPLM.
  • Familiarity with Flex PLM integrations and workflow configuration.

Base Pay Range:

$77,500.00

to

$106,600.00

Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
