Your deep understanding of Arrangement Architecture, accounting, and associated streams such as retail banking, lending, or corporate will enable you to configure AA modules effectively. Your role is crucial in automating financial products and processes for our clients.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Product Parametrization: Design, configure, and set up financial products within T24 Arrangement Architecture (end-to-end product configuration).</li> <li>Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with bank stakeholders to define business needs and map them to T24 capabilities.</li> <li>Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between out-of-the-box T24 features and custom business requirements and write the BSDD document.</li> <li>Documentation: Write functional specification documents (FSDs) and review them with technical and QA teams.</li> <li>Development: Coordinate the requirement and solution design (FSD) with the development team to ensure development completion.</li> <li>Testing &amp; Support: Create test cases, perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide post-go-live functional support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture and related streams.</li> <li>Strong expertise in financial product configuration within T24 AA modules.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience in gap analysis and writing BSDD documents.</li> <li>Skilled in writing and reviewing functional specification documents (FSDs).</li> <li>Proficient in coordinating development and conducting UAT.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Orion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p> <p>Candidate Privacy Policy</p> <p>Orion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
