The position and your daily adventures

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst
to join our team to support the TA team in attracting the right talent for Klar while ensuring an excellent candidate’s experience.  Our Talent Acquisition team is working in a high speed environment, and very closely with the leadership teams. We value new creative ways of doing things, we strive for improvement and rely on data. This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.  

What you can expect:

  • Working closely with hiring managers, and assisting them in their hiring needs
  • Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for business teams
  • Supporting the recruitment processes for our teams
  • Scheduling interviews for our TA team and interviewers 


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house
  • Ability to manage high-volume of applications  in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are an excellent communicator and proactively seeking for solutions 
  • You are very organized and detail oriented 
  • Startup lover and passionate about people
  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of hiring tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, processes and latest hiring trends 
  • Experience recruiting for wide range of business or tech positions
