Talent Acquisition Analyst

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p><br>Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in day-to-day hiring operations by assisting recruiters with sourcing activities, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate new joiner records in HR systems.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br>·       Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.</p> <p>·       Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules, sending invites, updating calendars, and ensuring candidates are well-informed.</p> <p>·       Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, required documents, next steps, or follow-up items.</p> <p>·       Support onboarding activities such as collecting documents, preparing new joiner packs, and guiding new hires through pre-boarding tasks.</p> <p>·       Maintain accurate new joiner information in HR systems, ensuring records are complete, updated, and audit-ready.</p> <p>·       Help track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and flag pending items to the TA team.</p> <p>·       Assist with posting job advertisements and refreshing job boards when needed.</p> <p>·       Support general TA administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely hiring operations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><br>·       Malaysian citizen, aged 18–30 years.</p> <p>·       Minimum qualification: SPM/SPMV; diploma or degree holders (unemployed or seeking internship/apprenticeship) are welcome.</p> <p>·       Comfortable using computers and basic tools such as Excel, Word, and online platforms.</p> <p>·       Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.</p> <p>·       Professional communication skills and strong customer-service mindset.</p> <p>·       Able to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential candidate information responsibly.</p> <p>·       Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, or HR systems is an added advantage but not required.</p> <p> </p><p><strong>About BASF in Malaysia</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>BASF has been present in Malaysia since 1989, and operates a manufacturing plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
