- Be responsible for supporting and driving sales of targeted services and solutions from ASX’s Technology & Data division, by supporting the team of domestic and international business development managers with customer support and sales administration processes
- Assist with Information Services & Technical Services product on-boarding process to ensure clients understand their licencing and reporting obligations, to ensure accurate processing of new orders and to create a high-quality experience for customers
- Actively participate and support in lead generation for ASX services and capabilities, including first response to incoming product enquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with the ASX business, product, finance, engineering and governance teams who will assist in providing a compelling view of the end-to-end offering to customers. Work closely with the broader Technology & Data sales team as well as with BDMs from other departments, with the engagement and support of common customers
- Represent ASX at events and conferences whilst maintaining a deep understanding of the industry landscape to ensure that ASX’s product and solutions strategies remain compelling
Contributing to the best of your ability to ensure that ASX client satisfaction is maximised via the delivery of high-quality services, and great customer support
