Technical Analyst

Index Analytics is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support the IDR process. The Analyst will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to review medical and billing documentation and collect information from disputing parties to assist in the resolution of disputes.

Responsibilities

• Closely review disputes in the Federal IDR Portal.
• Leverage previous experience in medical record review/billing to perform case file reviews using multiple government and IDRE systems and databases.
• Coordinate within a team of Analysts to meet productivity goals for triaging and resolving open disputes.
• Based on case review provide an assessment to inform decisions regarding eligibility and other dispute related determinations
• Identify gaps in documentation/materials needed for expeditious case resolution.
• Develop overall recommendations for enhancements to business processes, workflows, case intake/management.
• Research and develop meaningful guidance in the form of training materials, job aids, and operational documents.
• Performs data collection from multiple sources to include the web, client databases, and other resources.
